Nicola has had the immense pleasure of being on the animation team at some top London studios.

So far on her studio journey, she has lent a hand on projects such as

  • Bafta and Oscar-winning film ‘The Boy, the Mole, the Fox, and the Horse’ animated short, based on the book by Charlie Mackesy. As an assistant animator.

  • Room to Read, Yashika film as a character animator. Directed by Prashanti Aswani, and produced by Nexus Studios. Scheduled for release in October 2023

  • Olivia Rodrigo ‘Brutal’ Music Video as an animator. Art directed by Danni Fisher-Shin, produced by Scholar. Released August 2021.

  • The Headspace Guide for Meditation for Netflix as an animator. Directed by Hannah Jacobs and Lara Lee, produced by Strange Beast. Released January 2021

  • A short piece for DIOR as part of their AW21 collection shining a spotlight on female creativity and promoting a new generation of female illustrators to share their interpretation of femininity through animation. As an animator. Designed by wonderful @fayollemarion and Produced by Nomint Animation. Released March 2021

  • Commercial film for a major credit card company as an animator. Produced by Seed Animation.

  • The Headspace Guide to Meditation for Netflix as an animator. Directed by Daniel Stankler and Tom McCarten, produced by Strange Beast. Due for release in 2021

  • The science of sleep for TED as an animator. Directed and produced by Studio Desk. Released in August 2020

  • Your Mountain is Waiting, a BFI-funded film directed by Hannah Jacobs and written by Harriet Gillian. As an animator. Produced by Strange Beast.

  • L’Occitane Christmas advert 2021 as an animator. Directed by Luca and Sinem
